Teaching Assistants & Future Teachers – Leicester Area

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants and Classroom Support staff to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for people looking to start a career in education, gain school experience, or move into teaching in the future.
No previous school experience is required – we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
The Role
You may be supporting teachers with:
• Classroom activities and learning support
• Working with small groups of pupils
• Providing 1:1 support for children who need extra help
• Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
• A genuine interest in working with children
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and professional approach
• Driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable as some schools are outside central Leicester

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
