Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants at a primary school catering for pupils aged 2-11 in an OFSTED rated ‘Outstanding’ school. The ideal candidate for this outstanding school would have:

• A caring and warm personality

• Experience of working with complex needs

• A desire and drive to support young people

The pupils that are supported are usually diagnosed with complex and severe learning needs. The school has fantastic facilities to cater for its pupils including outdoor spaces, multisensory rooms and specialized classrooms, with a personal plan which is designed to bring out the best of them in the already tailored curriculum. In addition the pupils, physical and emotional needs are further catered for with a multi-therapy approach such as play, holistic and animal based therapies.

The school is located in Wigan, Lancashire so has got great links by road, train and bus.
