Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Supporting Classroom Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.

Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.

Behavioral Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment by helping to manage student behavior.

Resource Preparation: Prepare and organize learning materials, ensuring they are readily accessible for lessons.

Assessment and Feedback: Assist in the assessment of student work and provide constructive feedback.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding student progress and any concerns.

Inclusive Practice: Promote inclusive teaching practices and support students with special educational needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Educational Background: A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, including English and Mathematics.

Experience: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.

Passion for Education: An enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work with a diverse range of students and adapt to changing classroom needs.

Enhanced DBS Check: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
