Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students within our school. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional help.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supervising students during break times and other school activities.
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to drive is essential for commuting to this School.
- The right to work in the UK is essential.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of different age groups.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
