Hey there, recent grads! Not sure where to take your next step after college? How about joining our awesome team as a Teaching Assistant in Ashford and make a real impact on young minds? We're all about creating a fun and supportive environment for both students and staff!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the superhero sidekick to our awesome lead teacher! Help them plan and deliver super engaging lessons that students will love.
- High-five! Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need that extra boost.
- Create a positive and chill learning environment where everyone feels included and can be themselves.
- Be the classroom peacekeeper and help us manage any "just-having-fun" chaos!
- Get creative! Assist in preparing cool learning materials and resources for our super students.
- Team up with other teachers and staff to brainstorm awesome ways to make learning more epic.
Requirements:
- You recently graduated and are still figuring out this thing called "adulting" (it's cool; we get it!).
- You've got a big heart and genuinely care about making a difference in kids' lives.
- You're a people person and can chat with students, teachers, and parents like a pro.
- Flexibility is your middle name, and you can totally handle working in a super fun and dynamic team.
- Past experience in tutoring or mentoring would be sweet, but if you don't have it, no worries! We believe in your potential.
- If you're tech-savvy, that's awesome! But if not, no prob – we'll help you level up!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
