Our Specialist SEN branch in Bracknell is currently looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have some experience working with Challenging Behaviour
- Be calm and resilient
- Have an understanding of SEN and in particular SEMH
- Be a motivated and reliable individual, who is able take directions from the SENCO and other Education professionals within the school.
This hands-on role involves supporting SEMH pupils and is looking for a candidate to start in September 2020/ the end of the current academic year. Our welcoming partner school requires passionate and engaging TA’s to support their learners with a tailored curriculum and aid them in their social, emotional and academic development through positive behaviour management as well as encouragement.
