A welcoming primary school in Hayle is seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with SEN and 1:1 experience to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive school environment, helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.

Your Role Will Include

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (term-time only)

• Providing in-class support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

• Delivering 1:1 support for pupils with SEN needs and EHCPs

• Leading small group interventions tailored to pupil progress

• Supporting classroom organisation, behaviour routines, and learning resources

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to meet individual needs

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

• Has proven SEN support experience within a school setting

• Experience delivering 1:1 support with primary-age learners

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and patient, with a positive approach to learning

• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

• A current DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
