Picture yourself supporting a diverse range of students, including those with Autism (ASC), learning difficulties, or complex needs. As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape for our classrooms, delving into captivating termly topics and offering invaluable support, sometimes on a 1:1 basis.
What We're Looking For: Above all else, we're seeking individuals with an infectious personality and a genuine desire to make a difference. Whether you're a seasoned pro or bringing personal experience to the table, your positive attitude and proactive approach will be the key to your success in our SEN school.
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience in SEN settings, be it with children or adults – though personal experiences will also be considered.
- A passion and enthusiasm for unlocking each pupil's full potential.
- Dedication to catering to the diverse needs of every student, collaborating with fellow staff members to provide both academic and emotional support.
- Stellar interpersonal skills coupled with confidence to grow meaningful connections.
- Punctuality and reliability that can be counted on.
- Thrives on challenges and embraces them as opportunities for growth.
Working Hours: Get ready to dive in from 08:30 to 15:30, as we're on the lookout for individuals craving full-time engagement in this rewarding role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
