Specialist SEN Teaching Assistants – Dorset | Immediate Start
Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist further education college supporting young people aged 16–25 with Autism Spectrum Conditions and SEMH needs.
We have:

Full-time temporary opportunities

Full-time permanent contracts available
This provision offers both day and residential support, focusing on personalised pathways, independence skills and emotional wellbeing.
You will need:

Experience supporting ASC and/or SEMH
-
A calm, structured and proactive approach

The ability to build positive, professional relationships

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Start date: ASAP (subject to vetting and compliance checks).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
