We are currently seeking passionate, committed and experienced Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive mainstream primary schools across Dorset.

Whether you’re looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time role, we have opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within the classroom

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children (in schools or transferable settings)

  • A proactive, adaptable and positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals from backgrounds such as childcare, youth work, coaching, care, or other people-focused roles who are ready to bring their skills into education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
