Are you a passionate and supportive Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the Bridport area?
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our network of TAs who can provide high-quality classroom support on an ad hoc basis — with the opportunity for longer-term roles for the right candidates.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with individuals or small groups to support learning and engagement
• Assisting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a TA, LSA, or in a similar educational support role (desirable)
• A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
