Pay: £89 - £95 per day (PAYE)

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to support our teaching staff and students in the classroom. You will:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering learning activities
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Help with classroom organisation, preparing resources and displays
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, as required
• Monitor pupil progress, provide feedback, and contribute to record keeping
• Supervise and manage pupils during lessons and break times
• Promote positive behaviour and a healthy, stimulating learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for education and supporting children’s learning
• Good communication skills, patience, and resilience
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) preferred
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
