Teaching Assistant with Administrative Experience

We are a friendly and welcoming primary school in Bracknell looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who also has strong administrative experience to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining classroom support with school office duties, perfect for someone organised, adaptable and passionate about working in a school environment.

About the Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, working with individuals, small groups and whole-class activities.

• Assisting pupils with their social, emotional and educational development.

• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing resources and maintaining records.

• Supporting with communication between staff, parents and external agencies where required.

• Helping with the smooth running of the school day, including general duties in both classroom and office settings.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in both classroom support and administration.

• Organised, efficient and confident using IT systems.

• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

• Flexible, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.

• Enthusiastic about making a difference to children’s learning and school life.
