Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistants in Boston, Lincolnshire
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire, working across SEN schools in the area.
Role Details:
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
- Setting: SEN Schools (All age groups)
- Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to children with a range of special educational needs.
- Assist with personal care and physical support when required, ensuring the safety and comfort of the students.
- Implement individual learning plans and support students’ educational and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
