Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Starting Pay: £90 per day (with potential to increase)
Contract: Full-time | Term-time only

A dedicated SEN school in Boston, Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day support for pupils with a range of needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who benefit from patient, consistent, and caring support.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting children with special educational needs with their learning and development

• Supporting classroom activities and helping to implement learning plans

• Providing one-to-one or small group support as required

• Assisting with personal care and feeding needs where necessary

• Encouraging independence and social development in a safe, inclusive environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential)

• Is patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting children with complex needs

• Comfortable with personal care responsibilities

• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively

Pay starts at £90 per day, with potential to increase based on experience and responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
