Teaching Assistant Vacancy – West Sussex

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to children’s education in a supportive, nurturing environment.
About the role:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Helping children with their learning needs, both individually and in small groups
-
Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
-
Contributing to creating a safe, happy, and stimulating learning environment
About you:

Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
-
A caring, patient, and flexible approach
-
Good communication skills and a team player mindset
-
A genuine enthusiasm for helping children thrive
Location:
The school is situated in a charming village just a short drive from Bognor Regis, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to the coast and countryside.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
