Teaching Assistant Vacancy – West Sussex

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to children’s education in a supportive, nurturing environment.

About the role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Helping children with their learning needs, both individually and in small groups

• Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour

• Contributing to creating a safe, happy, and stimulating learning environment

About you:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential

• A caring, patient, and flexible approach

• Good communication skills and a team player mindset

• A genuine enthusiasm for helping children thrive

The school is situated in a charming village just a short drive from Bognor Regis, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to the coast and countryside.
