Teaching Assistant

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom?
We are currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and supportive primary schools within the Birmingham B45 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join strong school communities and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
About the Role:

Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of pupils
-
Support the classroom teacher with daily learning activities
-
Deliver tailored support to meet individual pupil needs
-
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
-
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
-
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
-
Previous experience working in a UK school setting
-
Confidence supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
-
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
