Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom?
We are currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and supportive primary schools within the Birmingham B16 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join strong school communities and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
About the Role:
• Supporting pupils in 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Providing tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs (SEND experience beneficial)
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence in learning
• Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience working in a UK school setting is desirable
• Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
