Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently looking for a teaching assistant in Barnsley. We work closely with numerous schools in the area of Barnsley and around South Yorkshire. We a looking for someone who is professional and enthusiastic about education to fulfil our role for a cover teaching assistant.
We have various roles to start in January from part time to full time supporting EYFS up to year 6. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in education and seeking a better work life balance. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has previously worked in primary education but if you have experience in coaching sports activities to young children or working alongside young children outside of school then this could be your perfect job.
What we require:
- A teaching assistant with good availability Monday – Friday, available to start at the beginning of January.
- Ideally previous experience with children aged between 3-11.
- Must have a drive to learn new skills and be able to support pupils in and outside of the classroom.
- Have a full UK driving license or good transport links.
