Position: Science Teacher Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time Duration: Longer-Term with Potential for Temp to Perm Transition

About the Role: As a Science Teacher, you will inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 and 4, catering to a diverse range of abilities and backgrounds. Your passion for science will shine through as you deliver dynamic lessons and practical experiments, fostering a love for learning among your students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to meet curriculum standards
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events

Who We're Looking For: We welcome applications from experienced Science Teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and unqualified teachers passionate about science education. If you're enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student success, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in science
  • Ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Safer Recruitment in Education check required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
