Due to maternity leave, a well regarded secondary school in North Sheffield require a English teacher for the remainder of this academic year, starting from February half term. This will be full time, undertaking responsibilities of the out-going English teacher who is a well regarded member of the teaching team. All English teachers are welcome to apply; any specialism considered and newly qualified teachers with full support from a dedicated mentor during your time covering the maternity.
Situated in North Sheffield, this is a larger than average secondary school serving a diverse community. The successful English teacher applying will be joining a 'Good' school with students who are eager to learn, display excellent behaviour and make progress above the national averages. You will be required to teach your specialist English topic to GCSE and KS3 all English.

- Initial supply position with opportunity to secure school contract
- Pay rate to match experience - up to £160 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
