Role details;
An average sized secondary academy in the Berkshire area are shortlisting for a Business Studies teacher to lead GCSE and BTEC Business from September full-time.
School details;
The school is relentless in their pursuit of the small things that they believe might have a big impact on their school culture, environment, ethos their students' attitude to learning. The Business Studies department is a dynamic and fast-paced environment driven by two full-time teachers, looking to welcome in a new colleague due to relocation. Alongside the regular syllabus the staff run many extra-curricular activities to enrich the pupil's experience, such as; various visits to business and competitions like young enterprise.
Requirements:
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience Teaching GCSE and BTEC Business Studies.
- Enthusiasm, energy and flexibility
- High expectations and a commitment to raising attainment and achievement
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
