Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with a school in Dorchester who are in need of an experience Teacher to join the ranks a coupl of days a week.

This is to work as part of a job share for a Year 4 Class. 

Are you a fully Qualified Teacher looking for a new position but want more time at home? Working through us as an agency can be benifitial as you will have more time at home, less marking and planning but still making a difference to young peoples lives. 

Role:

  • Working for a Great school in an easy to get to location.
  • Part of a job share with another teacher - 3 Days a week (This is flexible)
  • Covering a year 4 class with pre-planned work set by second Teacher. 
  • Working collaboratively with the second teacher to make sure all work covered and students complete tasks set.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced Child only DBS Certificate that is registered with the Update Service (TP can assist with this)
  • NQT or Fully Qualified Teacher Status (Proven)
  • Experience deliveing Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum across all age groups in the Primary Sector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SEN. 
  • You will need to be able to think on your feet and be adaptable to change.
  • Come up with creative ways to engage the pupil and maintain concentration levels.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
