Experienced Teacher – Carlisle

Our client is a national network of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools, dedicated to providing high-quality and purposeful education. They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Teacher to join their team in Carlisle.

About You:
- Engaging & Creative: Able to bring fresh ideas into the classroom and inspire students.
- Supportive & Compassionate: Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Qualified: Hold QTS/QTLS certification.
- Experienced: Previous experience in a school setting (secondary school experience is a plus).
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with special needs.
- Problem-Solver: Strong decision-making skills.
- Great Communicator: Professional communication with students and staff.
- Values-Driven: Committed to equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
- Organised: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
