TA's & Cover Supervisors needed...

Teaching Personnel work very closely with a number of schools in the Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan area on a preferred basis and constantly need Classroom Supervisors to cover in the absence of regular Teachers.

Responsibilities-

• Supervising work that has been set by the class teacher
• Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they are undertaking their work
• Responding to any questions from pupils
• Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the schools policies and procedures

Requirements/qualifications-

• Experience of working with 11-16 year old's e.g. sports coaching, extra-curricular clubs etc
• A teaching qualification is desirable (although not essential)
• A degree qualification is preferable
• The ability to establish rapport within a classroom whilst maintaining a high standard of control and discipline
• Exemplary professionalism
• Good time management
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
