Are you planning to gain classroom based experience before completing a PGCE?

A school in the Altrincham area of Greater Manchester are seeking a motivated TA and Cover Supervisor to join their teaching team. This is for a full time TA and Cover Supervisor position, dues to start after February half term and continuing until summer. The successful TA and Cover Supervisor will be able to work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, as well as delivering pre planned lesson to whole classes.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be delivering pre planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. When cover is not needed, you will be offering support in you subject specialism. This will be done both in the classroom offering support, and on a 1:1 and small group basis delivering intervention sessions.
