Support Staff – Specialist Unit
Location: West Northamptonshire
Positions Available: Learning Support Assistants, Class Leaders, Academic Support Assistants
Contract: Full-time / Part-time (Term Time Only)
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are seeking caring, committed and adaptable individuals to join our specialist provision within a thriving secondary school. Our unit provides tailored support for students with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence and achieve their potential.
We have a range of roles available, from supporting students in lessons and small groups to leading targeted interventions and managing small classes. The successful candidates will be patient, proactive and passionate about helping young people succeed.
Experience of working with students with SEND is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from both experienced support staff and those considering a new career in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
