Do you have previous experience in education or care giving?
Special Needs schools across Hampshire are looking for Learning Support workers to assist with care and support of Primary and Secondary aged pupils with additional complex educational requirements.
This school is looking for Learning Support Workers or Teaching Assistants who have experience working with children or adults with complex Special Needs. The role will be challenging, but give successful applicants the opportunity to support the educational and personal development of children and young adults.
The candidate:
- Experience working with children and adults with complex SEN
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Be able to work independently and in small groups
- Be resilient, and able to manage challenging behaviour
About the role:
The school caters for both Primary and Secondary aged pupils with complex Special Educational Needs, this may include: Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Physical Difficulties and Non-Verbal pupils.
