Teaching Personnel are currently seeking secondary supply teachers for a number of roles throughout secondary schools and academies in the Dorset area. Many of our client schools are looking to take on additional staff for the autumn and spring term. Areas include: Poole, Weymouth, Portland, Bridport, Dorchester, Blandford forum, Sturminster Newton, Sherborne, Beaminster and Somerset.
We have a range of positions available, including full-time, day-to-day cover, short term contracts and intervention and tuition. Pay rates start from £100 per day, rising depending on your level of experience and subject expertise.
Whether you are looking for the flexibility of daily/short-term supply work or you need help finding your ideal long-term or permanent position, we can help you. Our team is well established with 20 years experience working in the Dorset area, developing strong relationships with local schools.
Our most successful candidates are flexible (with willingness to travel to multiple schools within a 45 minute radius), positive, friendly and reliable. A comprehensive registration process gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about working with a teaching agency and us the opportunity to build a profile on you and start finding work for you right away.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
