This role is ideal for Early Career Teachers looking to broaden their experience, experienced educators wanting greater flexibility, or teachers wishing to maintain classroom practice while reducing workload.

The Role

As a Substitute Teacher, you will:

• Supervise pre-planned lessons
• Maintain a calm, focused learning environment
• Keep students engaged and on task
• Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Collect and return completed work
• Provide feedback to staff when appropriate
