Contract – Part Time and Full Time

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent classroom experience within primary education
• A calm, positive and adaptable approach to day-to-day teaching
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils
• Reliability, professionalism and a passion for supporting high-quality learning
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of year groups

What Your Role Will Involve

• Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Ensuring learning continues smoothly and effectively
• Managing the classroom environment and encouraging positive behaviour
• Quickly adapting to different school settings and routines
• Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
