Supporting students, maintaining a positive learning environment, and helping ensure lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervising classes and keeping students on task with set work
• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing behaviour and promoting a calm learning atmosphere
• Offering support to students during cover lessons
• Collaborating with teaching staff and leadership teams
