Job Op – Supply Teacher

Location – Dorchester

Start – April

Teaching Personnel are in need of Supply Teachers in the Dorchester area!

Are you a fully Qualified teacher looking to take a step back from a full-time role? Or just some more flexibility? Do you hold  QTS but would like to choose the days you work?

We are working with schools that need support for day to day supply/cover as well as longer term positions – if the flexibility of this role suits you please do not hesitate to get in touch to find out more about how we work.

Role –

-          Covering Teachers whether it be day to day short sickness cover or a longer-term cover.

-          All lessons are pre-planned giving you a clock on and clock off feel with no needs for planning or marking.

-          Ensure strong delivery of pre-planned lessons, engaging students and managing behaviour.

-          Delivering pre-planned curriculum for either Key Stage 1 or 2.

Requirements:

-          QTS – Qualified Teacher Status.

-          Strong classroom and behavioural management.

-          Adaptable and excellent communication skills, with commitment to providing high education.

-          Strong knowledge & experience of teaching Key Stage1 & Key Stage 2 Curriculum.

-          Hold a child only enhanced DBS accessible via the update service (Teaching Personnel can assist with this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
