Teaching Personnel present a fantastic opportunity for Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of confident and passionate cover supervisors for secondary schools across Bury for an April 2024 start. Whether you are an experienced cover supervisor or a graduate looking to get into a career in teaching, this is the perfect opportunity to build on classroom experience.

  • Flexible work across Bury and the surrounding areas.
  • Earn between £1670 - £1800 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE.
  • Regular and consistent work available.
  • Manage your own availability and work diary.

In this role, you will relieve periods of staff absence and shortage by delivering pre-planned lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. It is important that you are confident and maintain good behaviour management skills to ensure that the classroom is controlled and promotes a productive environment.

This role would be suited to individuals interested in a career in teaching, as well as experienced classroom practitioners looking for flexible work within schools. You will be supported by the senior leadership team and given the opportunities for professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
