Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher looking for regular flexible supply work? 

Join a vast number of secondary schools across Lancashire requiring regular flexible cover following the reopening of schools in the UK. 

Successful teachers will be introduced to a number of secondary schools located in Preston, Leyland, Chorley and Ormskirk, providing same day emergency cover as well as providing specialist staff for longer-term absences.  

As a newly qualified teacher this is a fantastic opportunity to visit a large number of secondary schools in Lancashire helping you to gain great teaching experience in a variety of schools and to build up your confidence in the classroom whilst earning a competitive salary. We offer temp to perm contracts with our partner schools allowing you to experience a variety of schools before settling into a permanent position. Our positions are temporary and flexible, allowing you to fit in any other commitments that you may already have.  

Full time and part time positions available, all candidates will receive access to an online availability diary to update accordingly, and access to a CPD Academy by Teaching Personnel.

Responsibilities of the Supply Teacher role will include: 

• Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups. 
• Providing suitable feedback on all lessons. 
• Acting as a positive role model and encourage a positive learning environment. 
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.

• Have completed (or working towards) a PGCE in a specific subject area 
• Be able to maintain positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
• Be flexible to cover a variety of subjects
