Here at Teaching Personnel we are in high demand for Sports Coaches and Sports Graduates across the Teesside area, to cover Secondary School PE lessons on a full time and part time basis. The schools we are working alongside are looking for passionate and professional Sportsmen and women who will make a positive impact on the pupils and maximise their learning.

Responsibilities of this role will be:

• Lead practical lessons including GCSE PE classes
• Develop and deliver interesting and engaging lessons
• Motivate and encourage pupils
• Adapt to the schools curriculum to cater for the needs of all of the pupils in your class

Your role as a Sports Coach will incorporate covering pre set work and getting 'stuck in', as well as using your coaching abilities to improve the skills of students ranging from KS3-KS5. You will work closely with students of all different abilities and skill sets. This opportunity creates the potential for the candidate to improve classroom management skills and behaviour management strategies, as well as gaining invaluable experience within different schools across the area.
