SEN Teacher – Farnborough
KS1 or KS3 | Full-Time Preferred | Long-Term to Permanent | Paid to Scale

Start Date: ASAP or January

Contract: Long-term with potential to become permanent

A specialist, well-resourced school in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their friendly, supportive team. The school supports pupils with a range of moderate to complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory needs, learning disabilities, and more complex profiles. The environment is nurturing and structured, with modern classrooms, sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and strong multidisciplinary support.

About the Role
You will teach either KS1 or KS3 pupils, delivering highly personalised, structured lessons tailored to individual learning plans. Collaboration with therapists, support staff, and families is central to ensuring pupils receive consistent, holistic support. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a setting that values teamwork and child-centred practice.

Ideal Candidate

  • QTS or equivalent

  • Ability to plan and deliver individualised learning

Essential: Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
