KS3 Class Teacher – Specialist Provision (Full Time)
Location: Near Andover, Hampshire, Grateley Village
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent | Full Time (8:30am–5:00pm)
Salary: Competitive – based on experience and qualifications
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and resilient teacher to lead a new Key Stage 3 class within a specialist provision near Andover, Hampshire. This full-time role starts in January 2026.
About the School:
Set in peaceful countryside, the school supports pupils with ASC and Aspergers and associated learning difficulties. Classes are small (6–8 pupils) with strong teaching assistant and therapeutic support. The curriculum bridges upper primary learning with Key Stage 3 development, promoting structure, consistency and wellbeing.
The Role:

Lead a small KS3 class and deliver an engaging, differentiated curriculum

Foster a positive, structured classroom environment

Work closely with therapists, TAs and families to meet EHCP outcomes

Contribute to developing this new provision within the wider school
Candidate Profile:
-
QTS-rimary or secondary trained
-
Experience with SEN/SEMH (training provided if needed)
-
Calm, reflective and adaptable teaching style
-
Collaborative team player
-
Available full time (8:30am–5:00pm)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
