Level 2 Teaching Assistant (SEND Support)

Salary: from £13.75 - £15.66 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time (inc. INSET)
Contract: Temporary until July 2026 (potential permanent contract from September 2026)
Location: Bootle


About the Role

Teaching Personnel are proud to support a local Primary school in Bootle in their search for a dedicated, enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion, support, and making a positive impact on children with additional needs.

In this role, you’ll be a valued part of a welcoming and dynamic team, supporting children from a wide range of backgrounds. The school blends strong, traditional values with innovative teaching approaches.

  • Providing targeted SEND support for pupils across KS2
  • Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
