Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Long-term role
Pay: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide individualised support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
- Assist the class teacher with daily lessons, activities, and classroom routines
- Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to encourage engagement and progress
- Help maintain a calm, inclusive learning environment where all children can flourish
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, communication or learning needs)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or willingness to complete training
- A patient, positive, and empathetic approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
