SEN Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage and support students with SEN
- Monitor and assess students' progress regularly
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students with SEN
Required Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience in working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of different learning styles and needs of students with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements
- Proficiency in using technology to support learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional qualifications in Special Education or SEN
- Experience in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, temporary position
- Work may involve travel to different educational settings
- Collaborative work with other educators and professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
