We are seeking SEN Tutors within the Leicestershire area to work with primary and secondary aged children, covering English and Maths with flexible hours.

WHAT A 1:1 TUTOR ROLE ENTAILS:

• Planning and preparing lessons and resources.
• Conducting assessments to see what level your pupil is working at.
• Building strong relationships with your pupil to help them want to engage in education.
• Follow EHCP/Educational plans that have been put in place.
• Complete online session reports at the end of each session.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU AS A TUTOR WITH US:

• We are a national company so you will have access to an increased volume of tuition work. Once registered, you will have a dedicated consultant who will explain how tuition works and how your journey will look with TP Tutors.
• Referrals to support primary, secondary and post 16 aged students with subject specific areas. Children may be in a mainstream setting, special educational needs or alternate provision setting or without a school place and fall under the local authority awaiting a suitable school place.
• Bespoke online reporting platform- 24/7 access to enable you to log immediate attendance details, feedback and assessments.
• Hourly rate of £25.00, which is paid weekly.
• Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.

WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR A TUTOR WORKING WITH TP:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Two years minimum teaching experience.
• 'Child Only' DBS registered on the Update Service, or this can be applied for through us.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
