Are you dedicated to helping young people with Special Educational Needs reach their full potential? Do you live on the Isle of Wight or surrounding areas? Join TP Tutors and deliver personalised 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects such as Maths and English.

We are looking for compassionate and experienced individuals who are passionate about supporting learners with additional needs.


Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)

Location: Isle of Wight (including Newport, Ryde, Cowes, and surrounding areas)

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time


How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Develop and deliver individualised learning programmes

  • Support students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs

  • Provide a consistent, structured, and supportive environment

  • Deliver sessions within homes or suitable community settings

  • Encourage engagement, resilience, and positive outcomes


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN

  • Confidence teaching primary or secondary learners

  • Based on the Isle of Wight with ability to travel locally

  • Patient, adaptable, and committed professionals

  • Strong safeguarding awareness

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
