We are seeking patient, dedicated, and adaptable professionals with experience in education, youth work, care, or SEN support who are committed to breaking down barriers to learning.
Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)
Location: Portsmouth and surrounding areas (including Southsea, Cosham, Havant, and Waterlooville)
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
How You’ll Make a Difference

Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
-
Support students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
-
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
-
Deliver sessions in learners’ homes or appropriate community settings
-
Promote confidence, independence, and sustained academic progress
✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
-
Ability to support primary or secondary-aged learners
-
Based in Portsmouth or nearby areas with ability to travel locally or tutor online

Calm, professional, and reliable individuals

Strong commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
