TP Tutors is expanding across Fleet and we’re seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver personalised tuition in Maths, English, and Science.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work one-to-one with learners who require structured, targeted intervention to rebuild knowledge, confidence, and engagement with education.

The Role

Position: SEN Tutor – Core Subjects
Location: Fleet – home and community-based settings
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time available)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured sessions aligned to EHCP outcomes

  • Differentiate and scaffold core subject content

  • Support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs

  • Close attainment gaps and strengthen subject fluency

  • Monitor and report measurable academic progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science

  • Experience supporting SEN learners

  • Ability to break learning into accessible, achievable steps

  • A patient, resilient, and professional mindset

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
