Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you live in or near Worthing? Join TP Tutors and provide personalised 1:1 or small group tuition in Maths, English, or core subjects.

We are looking for dedicated professionals with experience in education, youth work, care, or SEN support who are committed to helping learners grow in confidence and achieve meaningful progress.


Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)

Location: Worthing and surrounding areas (including Littlehampton, Lancing, and Shoreham-by-Sea)

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time


How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Deliver personalised learning programmes tailored to individual needs

  • Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs

  • Establish a safe, consistent, and supportive learning environment

  • Deliver sessions within homes or community settings

  • Foster confidence, resilience, and academic development


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND

  • Strong subject knowledge at primary or secondary level

  • Based in Worthing or nearby areas with ability to travel locally or tutor online

  • Professional, patient, and adaptable approach

  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
