TP Tutors is recruiting motivated SEN Tutors across Worthing to deliver high-quality, one-to-one tuition in Maths, English, and Science.

You’ll work closely with learners who require structured, personalised intervention to strengthen core subject understanding and develop academic independence.

Role Overview

Position: SEN Tutor – Core Subjects
Location: Worthing – home and community settings
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Your Impact

• Deliver engaging, structured sessions linked to EHCP targets

• Adapt core subject material to suit individual needs

• Support pupils with SEND and SEMH challenges

• Build subject fluency and close attainment gaps

• Provide consistent progress feedback and reporting

Ideal Candidate

• Strong subject expertise in Maths, English, or Science

• SEN experience within education or tutoring

• Ability to simplify complex topics into manageable steps

• Professional, empathetic, and adaptable approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
