Full time SEN teaching assistant position - Swanley, Bromley
I am looking for a teaching assistant to work in a special needs school from the beginning of September 2019.
The school in question caters for children who have autism, speech and language difficulties and associated challenging behaviour. The building is a beautiful Victorian building, which has been turned into a school and boasts sensory rooms, a huge hall, trampolining, outdoor play and learning, a Forest School, horse riding and a large staff car park.
The role:
- Support a particular child on a 1:1 basis, within a key stage 3 class of students with mixed special educational needs
- Full time (08:45am - 15:45pm Monday to Friday) term time only
- This is a long term job, and the school will invite you to apply for a permanent role with them after a fixed period of time working through the agency
- You must be available to attend INSET training days on Monday 2nd September, Tuesday 3rd September and Wednesday 4th September - the students return on Thursday 5th September
