SEN Teaching Assistants needed in Chorley
Flexible day to day, full-time and part-time work available
Are you a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable individual looking for a new role? Teaching Personnel are recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our agency. The work is flexible across a variery of school settings. Our agency provides a wide range of opportunities for both experienced and emerging TAs in primary, secondary, and alternative provisions, including SEMH settings.

Role Responsibilities:

Support pupils with additional needs, including SEMH, learning difficulties, and complex needs.

Deliver interventions and support planned by teaching staff or SENCOs.

Assist with classroom management, student engagement, and personalised learning.

Adapt approaches to suit different age groups and educational settings.
Requirements:
-
Experience in SEN settings is preferred but not essential.
- Healthcare and Support work backgrounds are desirable.
-
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs.

Flexibility and reliability to cover a variety of school placements.

Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
