LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
WELLINGBOROUGH

What will I be doing?
- Guiding students through their learning plans, following the national curriculum but also their individual plan
- Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons, the organisation of classrooms and the management of pupils
- Creating an environment of support and inclusion within our classrooms
- Collaborating with a team of fellow educators to deliver high quality education to all pupils
- Sometimes assisting with lunchtimes and/or breaktimes
- Keeping track of student progress and celebrating their victories, ensuring each win is celebrated!
- Being the caring, empathetic individual who both students and staff can rely on
Job type: full-time, part-time, and flexible working
Pay: £85 to £95 per-day - PAYE, NO Umbrella!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
